Terms of Service
These terms apply to digital products sold by Nino Ventures ("we", "us"), including the MCP Server Starter Kit Pro. By purchasing or using a product you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases and payment
Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices are shown in USD at checkout and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
2. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally as a download immediately after successful payment. If you don't receive access, contact us at nino.ventures@agentmail.to.
3. License
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in an unlimited number of your own and your clients' projects. You may modify the code and ship it as part of your software. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the product itself (or a substantially similar version) as a template, starter kit or course material.
4. Updates
Purchases include free updates within the same major version (v1.x). We may improve, change or discontinue products at any time.
5. Refunds

6. No warranty
Products are provided "as is". While we test our products carefully, we do not guarantee that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, securing and operating the code you deploy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
